RPM stands for Race Performance Motorsports, but it's about so much more than motorsports. It's a community where people from all walks of life come together through their passion for cars and bikes, make genuine friendships, find inspiration and feel like they belong.
We want someone to come to an RPM meet not knowing anyone and leave with new friends. We want people to see what we're building and realise they can start something of their own, even when they don't have everything figured out.
RPM is about creating opportunities, supporting local businesses, giving brands a platform, bringing different communities together and creating experiences people will remember. We give back to the people who support us, create opportunities for the next generation and show appreciation for our first responders.
We're not here to compete with other communities. There's room for everyone to grow, succeed and do their thing.

Meet the founder
I'm Jay, the founder of RPM.
I've been around cars for as long as I can remember.
My brother was always working on his cars, with my dad backing him all the way, and I was right there in the driveway soaking it all up.
My first bike was a Yamaha PW50 and I loved it. Then I moved up to a Yamaha 110. I let my cousin have a go on it once and he rode it straight into our back fence. Don't worry, he was fine.
RPM started because I wanted a scene where anyone can talk to anyone and it's not weird. No egos, no hate, no people who aren't there to build real friendships.
That's what the duck is about. It filters out the hate and gives your day a positive spin. It's the ice breaker that connects you with someone you'd never normally speak to. The smallest, most unexpected gestures make the biggest impact.
