Products
We do our best to show product colours, prints and details accurately, but colours can vary slightly between screens, and washed or vintage-finish garments are unique, so small variations between items are normal. Product images may include lifestyle or styled photos.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars. We may change prices at any time, but you'll pay the price shown at checkout when you place your order. We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order affected by an obvious pricing or stock error.
Pre-orders and limited drops
Pre-order and limited drop items are available for a limited time and in limited quantities. Estimated timeframes are shown on each product page. If we can't fulfil a pre-order, we'll let you know and give you a full refund.
Returns
Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund & Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Intellectual property
All RPM designs, logos, artwork, photos and content on this site belong to Race Performance Motorsports and can't be copied or used without our permission.
Events
Event tickets are sold through our ticketing partner and are subject to that platform's terms and the conditions of each event.
Privacy
We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to your order at the time you place it.
