Where we ship
We ship Australia-wide and to selected international destinations.
Shipping costs
- Vintage Range: free shipping Australia-wide.
- Other merch, Australia: Standard $10, Express $15.
- Pick up: free pick up is available at selected RPM events where shown at checkout.
- International: $20 flat rate, where available at checkout.
Final shipping costs are always shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery times
- Vintage Range: please allow 2–4 weeks for delivery.
- Pre-order items: delivery or pick-up timing is shown on each product page. Pre-orders ship or become available for pick up once stock arrives.
- In-stock items: usually dispatched within a few business days.
Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, public holidays and peak periods.
Tracking
You'll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
Orders with multiple items
Some items are made and sent separately, so your order may arrive in more than one parcel.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated in a while or your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated time, email rpmmeets.mngt@gmail.com with your order number and we'll chase it up.
Address details
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout, but we'll always do our best to help.
